E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager / Sr. Manager

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our marketplace advertising efforts on Amazon and Flipkart. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on campaign execution, and deep analytics to boost sales and improve brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD, Video) and Flipkart PLA, PDP, SmartROI campaigns.
• Analyse Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query and Market Basket data to uncover keyword and category opportunities.
• Monitor Amazon PI reports to ensure product availability, Buy Box percentage and resolve operational blockers.
• Manage A+ content, Brand Store updates and creative testing for performance gains.
• Collaborate with agency partners and marketplace account managers to maximise spend efficiency across platforms.
• Track key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, NTB, repeat purchase rates and share of voice.
• Produce weekly and monthly dashboards and generate actionable insights for sales, operations and creative teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of managing Amazon and Flipkart advertising accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
