Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team and work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and technical teams. The consultant will translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document functional requirements from business users.
• Map business processes to Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and identify gaps.
• Produce detailed functional specifications for developers and architects.
• Configure D365 F&O modules such as production control, warehouse management, master planning and inventory/quality control.
• Support integration of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, validate results and manage defects using Azure DevOps.
• Deliver end‑user training and create clear system documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering functional solutions on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure DevOps is highly beneficial.
