Dynamics 365 FSCM & Power Platform Administrator Lead

About the role

sa.global is seeking a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics Administrator to lead the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management environments for its Indian team. The role involves managing, optimizing, and supporting D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring platform stability, governance, security, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients on LCS or Power Platform and design environment strategies for FinOps, CE, and Business Central.
• Plan pricing, costing, capacity and engage with clients to understand business needs.
• Configure and manage security roles, duties, and privileges in D365 and Dataverse, ensuring GDPR and audit compliance.
• Govern all D365 FSCM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) and oversee provisioning, refreshes, deployments, upgrades, DR and business continuity.
• Manage Power Platform environments, solution deployments, lifecycle management and governance.
• Configure and monitor Dual‑write, Virtual Entities, Dataverse integrations, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
• Oversee Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, ALM, change management and release governance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) and Zero Trust security models.

Required skills

• 7‑10 years hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FSCM).
• Power Platform expertise (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, solution deployment).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Dual‑write/Virtual Entities.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, Data Lake, Storage, Monitor, Networking).
• Experience with Azure governance, networking (VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, ExpressRoute) and Zero Trust security.
• ITIL service management (incident, problem, change) and strong stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Familiarity with SQL, batch job monitoring and warehouse mobile device management.
