Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant to join Bosch Group’s software team. The role involves delivering technical solutions, supporting implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain D365 F&O components such as forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices.
• Lead implementation phases from design and build to testing, deployment and post‑Go‑Live support.
• Coordinate with end customers during UAT, provide technical assistance, and conduct user training.
• Support data migration, performance tuning, and version upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6–7 years of hands‑on experience as a D365 F&O Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and project management processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
