Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant to join Bosch Group’s software division. The role involves delivering technical solutions, customisations, and integrations for finance, supply‑chain and project‑management processes while working closely with functional teams and end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Develop, customise, and maintain D365 F&O components such as forms, reports, workflows, and data integrations.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices.
• Lead implementation and support activities including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment and post‑Go‑Live support.
• Coordinate with customers during UAT, resolve technical issues promptly, and provide user training.
• Prepare technical documentation and support data migration, performance optimisation, and version upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6–7 years of hands‑on experience as a D365 F&O Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply‑chain and project‑management modules.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical abilities and communication skills.
