Duty Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Duty Manager ensures an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure, leading daily operations and maintaining high service standards across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day‑to‑day department activities, guaranteeing friendly and engaging service.
• Handle guest concerns promptly, coordinate with relevant areas to create memorable moments.
• Manage operations in the absence of the Manager or Head of Department.
• Oversee training and daily task allocation for all subordinates.
• Communicate daily priorities to staff to personalize guest service.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to lead by example.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera or a related property management system.
