Domestic Sales Executive

About the role

Exporters Worlds is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target‑oriented Domestic B2B Sales Executives to join its growing sales team. The role involves connecting with Indian businesses, understanding their needs, presenting B2B solutions, generating sales opportunities and converting prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective Indian B2B customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Exporters Worlds products and services.
• Explain membership plans, B2B solutions and other offerings to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow‑ups and sales activities in the CRM.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.

Required profile

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp and email.
• Willingness to work effectively in an on‑site office environment.
