About the role

Reliance Retail is looking for a mid‑level professional to lead digital marketing for its fashion segment. The role is full‑time and based in several locations across Odisha, including Balasore, Bhadrak, Bhubaneswar, Koraput and Jeypore. The successful candidate will design and execute innovative digital strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote fashion products and increase market penetration across assigned locations.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
• Optimize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic.
• Run email marketing programs to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach.
• Analyze campaign data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of fashion retail and consumer behavior.
