District Associate Manager

About the role

Meril Life Sciences is seeking dynamic sales professionals to lead its district‑level field team in Maharashtra. As a District Associate Manager you will be responsible for driving the sales of our medical‑device portfolio across hospitals and laboratories within the assigned district.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with doctors, key accounts and distributors.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead product‑awareness initiatives in the territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in medical‑device, surgical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a territory.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Local candidate with consistent career progression in Maharashtra.
