Distribution Revenue Analyst – Hotels

About the role

The hotels we serve sell rooms through global wholesalers, bedbanks, OTAs and corporate channels, each with its own rate structure and contracts. In this role you own the numbers that determine which rates to offer, which channels to grow, and which issues to fix first, working closely with the Director of Distribution and Revenue Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update the net rate card for each hotel on each channel.
• Calculate markups, commissions and net rates, ensuring no channel sells below the hotel's own price.
• Compare loaded rates with contracted rates and report errors.
• Check rate parity across channels and analyse performance of hotels and channels.
• Prepare numbers for rate decisions before they are sent to partners.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years experience in hotel revenue management, pricing or travel analytics.
• Strong arithmetic and ability to calculate net and sell rates with markups or commissions.
• Good knowledge of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, BAR and stay restrictions.
• Experience with US hotels is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, weighted averages).
• SQL or a BI tool such as Metabase or Power BI.
• Familiarity with STR reports or rate‑shopping tools.
