Distribution Planner – Fuel Logistics

About the role

Alimentation Couche‑Tard Inc. is seeking a Fuel Distribution Planner to join its India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre. The role focuses on maintaining optimal fuel stock levels across the supply chain, minimizing distribution costs, and supporting the global growth of the Fuels & Logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute cost‑effective fuel supply schedules to achieve the lowest unit cost per truck.
• Summarise planning indicators, conduct analyses, and produce regular reports.
• Meet operational goals related to fleet performance, safety, load size, drop size, productivity and internal P&L.
• Collaborate with supply, sourcing, operations, and business unit fuel teams to ensure an efficient value chain.
• Handle shift‑based calls, resolve operational issues, and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Support improvement projects and new system implementations.
• Monitor fuel station inventories to guarantee sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE targets and drive continuous improvement in fleet planning metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong mathematical and analytical training.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations planning.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24/7 coverage.
