About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Executive to manage shipment documentation and coordinate loading activities. This role is open exclusively to candidates with a disability, fostering an inclusive workplace. The position is based in our Hosur office and involves close collaboration with logistics teams to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Generate packing slips (inventory on a shipment) and bill of ladings (detailed list of goods).
- Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded properly with appropriate documentation.
- Confirm shipments are ready for delivery.
- Maintain an organized and safe dock area for operations.
- Arrange all material according to the picking list.
- Share e‑way bills as required.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in logistics or dispatch operations.
- Diploma & BE qualification.
- Open to candidates with locomotor disability, low vision, hard of hearing, dwarfism, muscular dystrophy, or blood disorder.
- Commitment to confidentiality in line with EEO guidelines.
