Dispatch Executive

About the role

Autofy, a fast‑growing D2C auto‑accessories brand, is seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatch Executive to oversee daily order processing and dispatch operations. The role is based in our Mundka office and involves coordinating with courier partners, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries that meet our service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and prepare them for dispatch.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery with courier partners.
• Update order status and tracking information in the system.
• Handle returns, replacements, and RTO (return‑to‑origin) coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, inventory movement, and shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse, customer support, and accounts teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure dispatches are completed within defined delivery SLAs.

Required profile

• Basic to good computer literacy with daily software usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
• Freshers with relevant skills may apply; prior experience in e‑commerce, warehouse, or dispatch operations is preferred.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with logistics platforms such as Unicommerce, Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central, or Flipkart Seller Hub.

What we offer

• Salary range ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
