Director/Senior Director – Solutioning (Travel & Logistics)

About the role

The Leader of Offerings & Solutions will drive the end‑to‑end solutioning process for Sutherland’s Travel, Hospitality and Logistics practice. Reporting to senior leadership, this client‑facing role translates buyer requirements into comprehensive proposals, transition plans and transformation road‑maps, leveraging the company’s portfolio of digital automation and AI‑enabled services.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and translate customer business challenges into standard solution offerings, including spend estimates, schedules and resource plans.
• Develop detailed solution designs, transition and transformation plans, and cost estimates using Sutherland’s proven methodologies.
• Collaborate with sales, service delivery and internal stakeholders to align proposals with contractual terms and ensure seamless hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Lead approval processes, coordinate cross‑functional teams and present solution value propositions to clients.
• Maintain analytical rigor by supporting solutions with data‑driven proof points, facts and figures.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive experience in client‑facing solution design and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of quantifying solution benefits and backing proposals with solid evidence.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage approvals and multi‑disciplinary collaboration.
• Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
