Director – SAP MM Advisory (Gurugram)

About the role

PwC’s Business Application Consulting team helps clients optimise operational efficiency through SAP solutions. As a Director in SAP MM Advisory you will lead consulting engagements across SAP modules, analyse client requirements, design and implement robust solutions, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and develop high‑quality SAP objects.
• Design and deliver RICEFW components such as ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User‑Exits, Enhancements and Smartforms.
• Create and maintain Data Dictionary objects, TMG, Function Modules, RFCs, module‑pool programs, transports, lock objects, search helps and transaction codes.
• Identify and apply relevant SAP Notes and resolve migration issues in SPDD/SPAU.
• Provide expertise on SAP S/4HANA, MM/FI integration and optional technologies like CDS views, AMDP, Adobe forms, Workflow and Fiori.
• Utilise Eclipse or SAP HANA Studio for development and support Solution Manager/Focus Build operations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a reusable object repository.

Required profile

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP MM development and implementation.
• Strong academic background (BTech, MCA, MBA, MTech) or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
