Director, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the Global Product Manager for the Virtual Card Platform within its Commercial Payments business. The role will shape the In Control platform, driving growth in B2B and travel‑related payments across middle and large market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for the In Control platform, including enhancements, testing and release support.
• Collaborate with engineering, regional account teams and partners to deliver world‑class B2B payment solutions.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on the platform, translating customer insights into product features.
• Lead product launch and delivery, ensuring alignment with Mastercard’s growth objectives for commercial payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within payments, fintech or related technology domains.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex platforms.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and customers.
