About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead its Human Resources function. The role combines strategic vision with a hands‑on approach to nurture a positive workplace culture and drive the growth of the hotel’s talent.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the HR department, delivering all areas of responsibility to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with hotel targets and guest service excellence.
• Manage the full employee life‑cycle, fostering a culture of development, performance and succession.
• Own the HR budget and training plan, evaluating team performance with management.
• Review resourcing, compensation, development, training and succession plans, providing recommendations to enhance performance.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and best‑practice standards, preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example style.
