Director of Projects – Construction & Advisory Services

About the role

The Director of Projects will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering advisory services across construction, real‑estate development and hospitality sectors. You will shape project feasibility, execution planning and post‑assignment engineering support for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and cost feasibility studies for green‑field, brown‑field and renovation projects.
• Develop Property Improvement Plans, procurement strategies, programming, design reviews and construction audits.
• Lead operational MEP and energy audits, and prepare detailed case studies for past assignments.
• Support hospitality partner HOTELIVATE, forge partnerships with consultants in healthcare and retail, and assist business development with presentations and proposals.
• Create assignment execution plans, manage timelines, resources, cost estimates and schedules, and deliver client reports and presentations.
• Oversee billing, payment collection and post‑assignment engineering/PM service marketing.

Required profile

• 17‑22 years of mixed experience in construction development/pre‑construction or planning and consultancy advisory services.
• Architectural (BArch) or Engineering (BE/BTech) degree; postgraduate business qualification is a plus.
• High integrity, strong leadership, analytical mindset and excellent English communication.
• Ability to understand client business needs and devise appropriate development strategies.
