Director of HR – Global Role at Fast‑Growing Tech Startup

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join a fast‑growing tech organization with a market‑leading product and a small, global workforce. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will own end‑to‑end HR strategy and execution across both technology and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies that support rapid business growth and align with the company’s tech‑first vision.
• Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession development for critical and leadership positions.
• Strengthen global HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and policy management for a distributed workforce.
• Deploy performance management systems that drive capability building, accountability, and high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• MBA with 12‑15 years of progressive HR experience in a global environment.
• Minimum 5 years managing HR for a tech‑first organization with fewer than 1,000 employees.
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, capability building, and global HR operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner closely with founders.
