Director of FP&A – Corporate Finance

About the role

Emapta is looking for a seasoned finance leader to build and own a cutting‑edge FP&A function that drives strategic decisions across its global workforce solutions business. You will design AI‑first planning processes, establish robust performance metrics, and provide senior leaders with actionable insights to fuel international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build the FP&A function from the ground up, including monthly reporting, flash results, and management commentary.
• Design and manage rolling forecasts and annual budgeting cycles with clear calendars and ownership.
• Prepare board and sponsor presentations, budget‑versus‑actual analyses, and variance bridges.
• Define KPI architecture for staffing and EOR models, tracking metrics such as revenue per FTE, utilization, attrition, cost per hire, and time to fill.
• Monitor gross margin, EBITDA bridges, contract renewals, logo retention, net revenue retention, DSO, and cash conversion.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with at least 3‑5 years at Director level.
• Direct experience in BPO, staffing, shared services, or EOR business models is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of building FP&A functions or reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience operating across multi‑entity, multi‑currency, and cross‑border structures.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, ability to work autonomously under executive visibility.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI expertise.
• SQL and/or Python programming skills.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI finance tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalents.
