About the role

The Director of Finance will lead the Finance & Accounting Division of Grand Hyatt Jaipur, ensuring efficient operations that align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This senior position balances financial stewardship with the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day financial activities of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain Hyatt International’s high standards of financial management and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies that support corporate strategy and brand standards.
• Collaborate with other department heads to meet operational and guest‑service goals.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Finance, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a large operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
