About the role

The Director of Finance will oversee all financial matters for the Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel, ensuring the highest standards of honesty, integrity and financial performance. This senior position supports the hotel’s strategic plan, cash‑flow optimisation and internal control framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial input into the formulation and implementation of the hotel’s strategic plan and annual budget.
• Maximise cash‑flow performance and monitor liquidity.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and procedures for all revenues, expenses and asset protection.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and operating reports, providing analysis, interpretations and projections.
• Oversee professional development of finance staff, identifying training needs and supporting learning opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and contractual obligations.
• Safeguard contracts, leases and other financial records through proper storage and access controls.

• Demonstrated experience in senior finance roles within the hospitality sector.
