Director – Merchant Platform & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Director to lead our Merchant Platform & Growth vertical. You will shape strategy, launch new products and services, and drive revenue and user growth for our fintech ecosystem serving merchants across India.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth and profitability strategies for the merchant platform.
• Identify, design and launch new products/services that monetize the existing merchant network.
• Own user and revenue targets for launched initiatives and monitor performance.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans and coordinate performance‑marketing campaigns with the Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Central Services to deliver enhancements that improve merchant app engagement and retention.
• Benchmark competitors, run pilots, gather market feedback and iterate quickly.
• Build processes for opportunity assessment, modelling size, win‑rate and implementation complexity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth, product or commercial functions in a fintech or payments environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable revenue and user growth.
