Director - Marketing

About the role

Infrrd, an enterprise AI company, is seeking a Director of Marketing to shape and execute its go‑to‑market strategy. Reporting to the founder and working closely with leadership, you will define target markets, positioning, and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business, GTM, and revenue objectives.
• Provide strategic direction to the Demand Generation team, refining targeting, channel mix, and campaign priorities.
• Partner with Sales to define ICP, target segments, personas, buyer journeys, and account strategies.
• Develop an integrated demand and growth plan across inbound, ABM, digital, content, events, and other channels.
• Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline growth with clear metrics and accountability.
• Shape product marketing, positioning, and messaging for enterprise AI solutions.
• Strengthen brand presence through content, customer stories, thought leadership, and industry initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales on enablement, messaging, and pipeline acceleration.
• Establish KPIs, attribution models, and reporting to measure effectiveness.
• Build and develop marketing talent as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or AI.
• Proven leadership in setting multi‑function marketing strategy.
• Strong background in demand generation and growth marketing with a track record of influencing pipeline and revenue.
• Experience partnering with Sales on ICP, GTM strategy, segmentation, and pipeline growth.
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B buying journeys, complex sales cycles, and ABM.
• Experience across demand generation, product marketing, content, digital, brand, and events.
• Analytical and commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
