Direct Marketing Executive – Luxury Travel

About the role

Westbird Holidays is seeking a Direct Marketing Executive to lead and optimise direct marketing campaigns that showcase its luxury travel experiences. Based in Kozhikode, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to drive lead generation, conversion and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, WhatsApp, one‑to‑one outreach).
• Develop segmented customer lists and design targeted campaign assets.
• Coordinate creative production and ensure alignment with sales, product and operations objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance tracking against defined KPIs.
• Analyse results, prepare reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong market‑segmentation and customer‑profiling skills for premium travel audiences.
• Hands‑on experience in campaign management and direct response channels.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and convert leads into bookings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality or luxury services marketing is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kozhikode with meticulous attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset.
