About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Direct Care professional to join our detox program on the third (night) shift. The role focuses on maintaining a therapeutic atmosphere for adult clients dealing with substance‑use and co‑occurring disorders.
Key responsibilities
- Uphold all facility policies and procedures to ensure order and safety.
- Manage day‑to‑day routines that support the wellbeing of adult clients.
- Provide consistent, direct care that aligns with treatment goals.
- Assist in maintaining continuity of care across shifts and staff.
Required profile
- Experience or interest in working with adults with substance‑use or co‑occurring disorders.
- Ability to follow established protocols and maintain a safe environment.
- Strong commitment to a therapeutic, client‑centered approach.
Required skills
- Knowledge of standard detox care procedures and safety protocols.
