About the role

The Dining Room Host at Pica Rica ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest in the restaurant. Working in a fast‑paced environment, the host combines bussing, running, and guest‑service duties while maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, removing trays, disposables, and leftover food or drink.
• Sanitize condiment bottles, refill sauces, and keep the dining area tidy.
• Greet guests warmly, recognize regulars, and anticipate their needs without being asked.
• Provide menu guidance, including allergen information, portion sizes, and popular items.
• Coordinate with fellow hosts to manage multiple tables, communicate missing or incorrect orders, and handle additional food requests.
• Maintain “R.E.A.L.” hospitality standards and open communication throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Highly organized and able to work quickly under pressure.
