Digital Marketing Specialist (Travel & Tourism)

About the role

Globe Guide Travel and Tourism is looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Moonniyur, Malappuram. You will drive online growth, increase website traffic and generate high‑quality leads for our travel, visa, Umrah and holiday package services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel paid digital campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging travel‑focused content.
• Track performance using web analytics tools and produce regular campaign reports.
• Produce and present promotional videos and reels, leveraging strong on‑camera presence.
• Conduct tele‑calling to follow up leads and support day‑to‑day booking operations for flights, visas, holiday packages and Umrah services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end social media marketing and community management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for brand messaging.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and creating travel‑related video content.
• Ability to multitask, handle operational booking tasks and work collaboratively in a team.
