Digital Marketing Specialist – Tiles & Building Materials

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence for a tile and building‑materials brand. The role will create and execute social, SEO and content strategies that showcase products and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) using reels, carousels and stories; run paid campaigns for reach, leads and remarketing.
• Maintain and update the company website, upload new products and blog articles, and implement SEO tactics to improve rankings for tile‑related keywords.
• Produce engaging visual and video content, ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and collaborate with designers and sales teams.
• Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, analyse traffic sources and lead quality, and deliver weekly/monthly ROI reports.
• Design and send email newsletters to dealers, architects and end‑customers and use WhatsApp marketing tools for product updates and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in tiles or building‑materials.
• Proven ability to manage social media, website content and paid advertising campaigns.

Required skills

• SEO and keyword research.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager for reporting.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic and video creation.
• WordPress (or similar CMS) for website updates.
• Basic video editing and content writing.
