About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Hyderabad team on a night‑shift schedule. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook and email platforms.
• Manage website content, improve user experience and conduct conversion rate optimisation.
• Create and distribute engaging content for social media, email newsletters and blogs.
• Monitor and report on analytics, social engagement and email performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
