Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will own the entire digital lead pipeline, from social media management and content creation to AI‑powered lead generation, qualification, and handoff to the sales team. The role focuses on attracting premium villa and plot buyers through targeted Meta campaigns and innovative AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns aimed at high‑value real‑estate prospects.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, ManyChat, etc.) to identify, score and qualify high‑intent leads before passing them to sales.
• Track CPL, lead quality and conversion rates, adjusting campaigns to improve performance.
• Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, source and follow‑up notes.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channels, creating a weekly content calendar that includes project showcases, reels, testimonials and market updates.
• Prepare weekly performance reports covering reach, engagement, leads generated and ad spend, and provide actionable insights for campaign and content optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management and digital lead generation.
• Hands‑on experience running Meta Ads (lead‑gen, retargeting, look‑alike audiences).
• Active working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, ManyChat or similar.
• Strong lead‑qualification mindset with the ability to filter genuine prospects.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Preferred experience in the real‑estate sector or other high‑value industries.
