Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will own CFC’s online presence, driving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across all digital channels. You will plan, execute and continuously optimise campaigns to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms, including content calendars and community management.
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns and paid ads, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise on‑page and off‑page SEO, and monitor organic performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets and perform A/B testing.
• Maintain website content, landing pages and coordinate updates with developers and designers.
• Design and execute email marketing and lead‑nurturing workflows, track performance and improve conversion rates.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs across all digital channels, providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and manage end‑to‑end digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of social media, content creation, SEO, performance marketing and analytics.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on brand visibility and lead generation.
