Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the online presence and growth of our software products and solutions. You will work closely with the management team to design and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and optimise SEO‑friendly content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and infographics.
• Plan, execute, and refine email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product announcements.
• Manage and grow social media channels, fostering community interaction.
• Design and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Optimize website and landing pages for SEO/SEM and oversee PPC initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics and produce regular reports.
• Identify CRO opportunities through A/B testing and UX improvements.
• Conduct competitor analysis to keep our offerings competitive.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in software or technology.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying current on digital trends.
• Effective project management and organizational capabilities.
