About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a night‑shift schedule. This entry‑level position will focus on creating and managing multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Manage website content, improve user experience and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) tactics.
• Create and distribute engaging content for social media, email newsletters and blogs.
• Develop email marketing workflows to nurture prospects and increase sales.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics such as traffic, engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective project management and teamwork abilities.
