Digital Marketing Specialist – Freshers (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our digital marketing team on a night‑shift schedule (8 PM – 5 AM IST). The role focuses on creating and executing multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, and social media.
• Manage website content, improve user experience, and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) tactics.
• Produce and distribute engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
• Set up, monitor, and analyse email marketing programmes to nurture prospects.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid grasp of digital marketing metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
