Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth of our premium hospitality and vacation‑rental brand. You will combine performance marketing, social media, content strategy and team leadership to drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and performance marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals, managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive the brand’s social media presence, create monthly content calendars, and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content.
• Implement SEO and SMO initiatives, monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of three marketing professionals, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
• Plan and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations, coordinating with agencies and vendors.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in digital, performance or social media marketing.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, social media strategy and content marketing.
• Experience delivering campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or consumer‑facing brands is a plus.
• MBA preferred; relevant graduation with strong experience also considered.
