Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Frontline Managed Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to boost its online visibility, audience engagement, and conversion rates. The role focuses on data‑driven strategies across the website, SEO, email, and paid media to support the company’s growth in the legal and professional services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Frontline website, including content, navigation, UX, and conversion performance.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI‑search strategies to increase organic traffic and discoverability.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and search‑intent research to guide content priorities.
• Monitor and report on organic traffic, rankings, site authority, and visibility using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Partner with content owners to optimize webpages, articles, reports, FAQs, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Plan, build, and optimize email nurture programs and automated journeys in HubSpot.
• Manage paid digital campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, handling targeting, budgets, testing, and optimization.
• Analyze performance data to refine digital journeys, improve conversion, and maximize ROI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record managing B2B websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid digital programs.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI‑search optimization, and paid advertising platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and major ad networks.
