Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

GBS IT Services is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead its B2B digital strategy in Kozhikode. The role will own brand positioning, lead generation and ROI across integrated campaigns, working closely with sales, product and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, paid media, email and social channels.
• Plan integrated campaigns to generate MQLs and SQLs.
• Manage website, landing pages and social media presence.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue targets.
• Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration and lead nurturing.
• Track performance, analyze data and optimise results.
• Create content, case studies, thought leadership and customer success stories.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and partners.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Ensure consistent branding across all channels and report on ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, ICT or system integration.
• Proven success in lead generation and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Middle East market experience highly preferred.
