Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives within a geography‑focused business unit. The role combines data‑driven decision making, platform execution and cross‑functional collaboration to drive top‑line revenue and improve margins.

Key responsibilities

• Deconstruct and optimise full‑funnel performance, from user acquisition to repeat engagement.
• Plan, execute and scale on‑app propositions, digital campaigns and sales events with real‑time performance adjustments.
• Monitor commercial metrics and financial margins, negotiate terms with product, brand and buying teams, and promote high‑margin initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end tracking of performance trends, translate analytics into actionable campaign and assortment decisions.
• Design and run high‑velocity A/B tests with statistical rigor, ensuring data‑backed modifications.
• Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to align demand triggers with asset availability and manage the activation calendar.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. from IIT or other Tier‑1 engineering institute, or an equivalent quantitative background.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance analytics or growth roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional pods and delivering measurable results.
