Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

ABusiness is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Gurugram to lead the end‑to‑end digital strategy for its SaaS, SAP, AI and consulting services. The role will own brand visibility, lead generation and campaign execution across paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for SaaS, SAP, software, AI and professional services.
• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and other paid platforms.
• Design and execute SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic, keyword rankings and inbound leads.
• Create and manage content programmes for blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, case studies and sales enablement assets.
• Oversee social media activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and relevant networks.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, forms, funnels and conversion paths to maximise lead quality.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, website traffic and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital, performance and B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads for technology or SaaS products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve ROI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
