Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, creation and execution of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation for DA Rake Luxez. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with creative and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content and community interaction.
• Design and optimise lead‑generation programmes, tracking performance and conversion metrics.
• Analyse website traffic, SEO, and campaign data using web analytics tools to refine tactics.
• Monitor emerging digital trends and tools, recommending innovative approaches to stay ahead of the market.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and support sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategy development.
• Hands‑on experience with web analytics and data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication, creativity and analytical thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in fragrance, lifestyle or luxury sectors is a plus.
