Digital Marketing Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e‑commerce initiatives in Udaipur. You will own customer acquisition, retention and brand presence across multiple digital channels, driving growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with e‑commerce objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic platforms and marketplaces to meet ROAS, CAC and revenue targets.
• Lead SEO efforts including keyword strategy, on‑page and off‑page optimisation and content planning.
• Oversee CRM and retention programmes using email, SMS and automation workflows.
• Manage social media channels, content calendars, influencer collaborations and community engagement.
• Monitor web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and produce performance insights and reports.
• Improve website conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing and close work with UX teams.
• Coordinate agency partners, freelancers and internal creative, tech and merchandising teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3‑6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM and analytics.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
