Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Infintor Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to increase global visibility and generate qualified B2B leads for its ERP, developer augmentation and advanced technology services. The role will own inbound lead generation across SEO, paid advertising, email and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO for multiple regional sites, including international and German domains.
• Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads targeting CTOs, Operations Directors, HR recruiters and business owners.
• Design and automate email marketing and lead‑nurturing funnels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce blogs, case studies, landing pages and service brochures.
• Maintain and grow LinkedIn and other social media presence to showcase talent augmentation and client success stories.
• Monitor conversion rates, cost‑per‑lead and ROI using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, delivering regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in IT services, software development or staffing.
• Demonstrated ability to generate high‑intent leads through organic and paid channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – keyword research, on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation.
• International SEO management.
