Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Social Bird Media is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead both organic and paid marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least one year of experience who is passionate about social media growth, content strategy, and performance‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and creatives that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities on social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, focusing on organic growth and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels to maximize ROI.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
• Write compelling scripts for reels, ads, and branded content.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.
• Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and automation flows using relevant tools.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other platforms for tracking and reporting.
• Research market trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with influencer marketing, design, and business development teams for cohesive campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize engaging content and scripts.
• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms and paid advertising tools.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
