Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

HIELABS is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its fast‑growing D2C brand in Chennai. You will plan, execute and monitor digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and sales across social, search and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create on‑brand assets.
• Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) and generate regular reports.
• Manage social media profiles, grow communities and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor web analytics, support Shopify e‑commerce initiatives and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to align digital activities with overall marketing and product goals.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience (agency, freelance or in‑house).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a high‑growth environment.
