Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Associate to plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms. The role involves managing social media accounts, analysing performance data and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content strategies to boost brand awareness.
• Monitor and improve campaign metrics such as lead generation, conversions, ROAS and CPL.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and audience research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and related tools.
• Work closely with content, design and development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyse website, landing page and funnel performance for continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
