Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

PARIKSHE, Karnataka’s leading digital learning platform for SSLC and PUC students, is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate. The role focuses on boosting the brand’s online visibility through SEO, content creation, and paid campaigns while collaborating closely with product and academic teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute on‑page SEO (meta tags, keyword placement, content structuring) and off‑page SEO (link building, directory submissions).
• Audit website health regularly and recommend improvements; track performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Write and publish SEO‑optimized blog articles on education and exam preparation, converting academic insights into reader‑friendly content.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce promotional assets.
• Support paid marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube, and analyse campaign results.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, track KPIs and generate performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Ubersuggest, SEMRush or Ahrefs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy, content planning and paid advertising.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to ensure content reaches the right audience.

Required skills

• On‑page and off‑page SEO techniques.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube SEO.
• Keyword research tools: Ubersuggest, SEMRush, Ahrefs.
• Content writing and blogging for educational topics.
