Digital Customer Service Center Specialist – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

The Digital Customer Service Center Specialist will support Bosch Mobility Aftermarket by delivering high‑quality, customer‑centric service across supply chain and logistics channels. You will work in a modern, AI‑driven environment, using digital tools and analytics to improve response efficiency and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to customers through multiple digital channels.
• Execute and monitor end‑to‑end service processes for the IAM channel.
• Collaborate with process experts and cross‑functional teams to drive automation and optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse service data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5 to 9 years of experience in customer service, digital support, process or automation environments.
• Strong customer‑first mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
