Digital Core Asset Management Delivery Coordinator

About the role

Chevron's Engineering and Innovation Excellence Center (ENGINE) in Bengaluru is hiring a Digital Core Asset Management (DCAM) Delivery Coordinator. The role leads the deployment of the Digital Core program, which designs, builds and deploys a new SAP S/4HANA ERP system across the enterprise, covering Finance, Hydrocarbon Value Chain, Procurement/Supply Chain and Asset Management. It is part of Chevron's Reliability and Integrity organization and focuses on reliability engineering, maintenance, scheduling and mobility expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment activities with business units, preparing them for go-live, including data cleanse management, training strategy and coordination, role assignment and deployment coordination.
• Support the Product Manager and DCAM Deployment Lead, and work with the Digital Core IT technical team, the Surface Digital Platform team and business unit end users to deploy solutions.
• Support design sub-teams as a maintenance and reliability engineering subject matter expert and business process owner.
• Work closely with business unit Digital Core teams and operations leaders to lead deployment activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical (preferred) or electrical or instrumentation engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university.
• 8-12 years of experience using maintenance and inspection tools in the oil and gas / energy industry as an end user; at least 5 years of field experience on maintenance in a large chemical, O&G or LNG facility.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management in at least 1-2 implementation projects.
• Experience working with clients in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry within the SAP EAM domain.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA application operations support and/or project implementation in the Enterprise Asset Management function.
• Preferred: experience with centralized maintenance management systems, SAP S/4HANA plant maintenance, migration from JDE/Maximo/SAP to S/4HANA, and fluent English.
