Digital Content Creator – Goa

About the role

The Greendoor Villa is seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to shape its online presence and bring its luxury villas to life across social media. This on‑ground, full‑time role will blend content production, influencer partnerships, and community building to position TGDV as a leading hospitality brand in Goa.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish Instagram carousels, Reels and Stories for each villa property.
• Capture authentic video and photo content on‑site, interacting with partners, staff and guests.
• Build and nurture an online community of TGDV enthusiasts.
• Identify, onboard and manage local micro‑ and mid‑tier creators and influencers for stays, shoots and campaigns.
• Establish collaborations with local production agencies, photographers and videographers.
• Ensure brand consistency in captions, hashtags, visual identity and CTAs.
• Support basic design tasks such as social creatives and story templates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing, preferably within premium lifestyle or hospitality.
• Hands‑on attitude with willingness to travel across North and South Goa.
• Strong visual sense and ability to tell stories through short‑form video and photography.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while aligning with the CMO on strategy.

Required skills

• Instagram content creation (carousels, Reels, Stories).
• Photo and video editing using AI‑powered tools (e.g., Photoshop AI, CapCut, Nano Banana, Gemini).
• Basic graphic design for social assets.
